Pride in the Park is moving!

Pride in the Park will be at the Bluestem Center for the Arts in Moorhead! The afternoon is jam packed with fun and celebration geared at families and individuals of all ages which includes vendors, merchants, artisans, business services, local community groups, Kidway for kiddos and live entertainment!

With well over 100 booths in 2021, unique attractions each year draw both local residents and out of state visitors in the name of equality and is sure to be the place to stop for Pride SWAG!
You won’t want to miss our FREE live music entertainment from area performers, throughout the day as well!

Need Transportation to Pride in the Park?

We are offering a free shuttle bus service that will run from the Azool Hornbachers in South Moorhead (950 40th Ave S) to Bluestem Center for the Arts every 30 minutes, beginning at 11:30 am.

Frequently Asked Questions

Vendors are allowed to begin setting up at 9:45 am.  We ask that you refrain from tearing down your booth space until the end of the event at 4 pm.

We will be putting together the map and sending it out the week before the event.  Please look for that email.

Vendor locations have been determined based on how you categorized your organization during registration. This cannot be changed. Attendees have been provided with a map that notes these areas and what booths will be located within them. If you are a single booth, you can claim your booth space the day of. If you are a double or triple booth, we have placed you in order to ensure that your booth spaces are connected. However if you need an accommodation or have a same-day concern, please look for a volunteer or FM Pride staff member to assist you. 

Vendors are welcome to park in either of the two paved lots at the entrance to Bluestem Center for the Arts. There will be overflow parking in the grassy lots if necessary. 

For the safety of our attendees and other vendors, we ask that you not drive to your booth space.  However, if you have mobility concerns or need special accommodation, please speak to the Pride in the Park coordinator PRIOR to the event.  No same day accommodations will be made. The venue does not permit driving on the lawn.

We will have multiple porta-potties available to vendors and attendees. The buildings will not be open during our event.

Yes!  We welcome all types of vendors at Pride in the Park.  New this year, you will NOT be required to pay a fee for selling at the event, however you DO need to make sure you pay Minnesota sales tax.  You can find the appropriate information here: https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sales-and-use-tax. Please note that Bluestem Center for the Arts has an exclusive contract with Coca Cola and no other soda or water can be sold at the venue.  If you are looking to sell soda or water, please reach out to the Park coordinator and they will connect you to the venue. All soda and water products must be purchased through Bluestem. 

Unfortunately not. If you need any sort of power at your booth, you will need to provide your own generator.

Your booth space will be 8×8 ft and you can bring a tent that will fit within that space. Pride in the Park will provide one (1) 6 ft table per booth space.

No, unfortunately there are important power lines that run underneath the lawn to the amphitheater. The space where we are setting up has not been located, and for your safety, you are not allowed to stake anything in the ground.

You are not required to check in.  However, if you have any questions or concerns, you can look for a staff member wearing your zone’s colors. A volunteer or organizer will visit your space during the event.

The FM Pride Information Booth will be the first table at the entrance to the park. Our volunteers or an event organizer will be there to assist you.

When you are packed up, please collapse your table and place it along the path for easy pick up. Also make sure that your area is clear of any trash during your tear down process, and take it to a garbage receptacle on site.
