We invite lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LBGTQ) friendly businesses, organizations, and individuals to participate in our annual Pride in the Park celebration on August 11th from 11am – 4pm! This event will include vendors, merchants, artisans, business services, community groups, games, live entertainment and best of all, it’s family friendly, so EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Vendors are asked to provide their own chairs as needed, and use only free standing shade or vendor tents – no ground stakes. You must also furnish your own generator for power, if necessary
Vendors who register PRIOR to August 1, 2018
One 10 x 10 vendor space, which includes an 8ft table and bag for any trash, will be provided for you as part of your registration. Your business, group, or organization’s name will be displayed on your table.
Vendors who register AFTER August 1, 2018
will be on a first come, first serve basis and you will be required to furnish your own table.
VENDORS WITH SALES
10% from total sales must be paid to the Fargo Park District – a vendor sales form will be provided. This form MUST be returned to the registration tent immediately following the event. No exceptions.
You also may be responsible for collecting North Dakota Sales Tax on sales made at the event. Information and forms can be requested at 701.328.1246 or http://www.nd.gov/tax/salesanduse/forms/.
You must have all appropriate City and State licenses and strictly comply with the requirements of such license. In addition, all Vendors and Caterers selling beverages must abide by the Fargo Park District’s beverage policy and serve Pepsi products. Reminder, you must furnish your own generator for power.
